Should a battery be deemed defective due to a manufacturing fault and is within its applicable warranty period it will be replaced with an equivalent battery free of charge. O'Reilly Auto Parts makes no guarantee, assurances of performance, or warranty of any chemical products offered, including, but not limited to: paints, sealers, wax, lubricants, additives, distillates, detergents, de-greasers, cleaners and conditioners. The battery appears to be defective because it won't hold charge for longer than a few hours. If you can’t find the guarantee or warranty, contact the seller or trader and ask if they have a copy or the manufacturer’s contact details.
Nationwide Limited Battery Warranty: This limited warranty is extended on to you, the original purchase, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty. A dealership is not authorized to issue a replacement battery without prior authorization from EarthX, Inc. In order to be eligible for service under this Limited Warranty, you MUST return the Product along with the original sales receipt to any O’Reilly Auto Parts store, and at our option, we will either replace the Product or provide a refund. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available at law.
